Depending on the injury, you can (physical therapy, most insurance will) to stop the movement of the spine and right arm. Spinal cord injuries are difficult to heal, but there are possibilities that the mobile and healthy. Try Tai Chi, acupuncture, and what you say about the chiropractor, find someone who is sensible and knows what they are doing. Always professional help before you do anything physical that can not be fixed and permanent.
Best of luck.
There is currently no cure, there is much you can do to educate you on spondylitis and its treatment. There have been major advances in medical treatment in recent years, and there are treatment options for those affected, they can reduce pain and symptoms of spondylitis.
DUDE No question, I said, and I have been on treatment 2 times per week for the museum over the back, thats helpin a little bit, but if you do not, then they will have to do surgery, but you know GOING like you can do better, or you could create more problems, only EXCERSICE lidocaine and MY-like patches,
